Wednesday, May 16, 2012  The Lower Southampton Fire Department sends their condolences to the family, friends, and Fire Department 51 for the loss of long time member, Fire Police Captain David Wintz. David responded to the Dow Chemical fire on 16 May 2012 and passed on shortly after from cardiac arrest. He will be missed by many. His family is in our prayers.
